This is a part-time contract opportunity that may supplement the work of individuals who are currently employed full-time. The schedule is flexible, with a commitment of up to 28 hours per week.

– The role is primarily (95%) completing labeling of PointClickCare clinical notes for data entry to help train AI models. You may need to sit for extended periods to complete labeling tasks.
– While labeling, provide clinical feedback and recommendations using nursing knowledge of Senior Living/SNF electronic medical records.
– Provide clinical expertise within the labeling team.
– Follow established labeling rules and offer thoughtful input about potential labeling changes to improve the product.
– Work with a team of subject matter experts, including quality review of AI products.
– Complete all required training as defined by Security, the Clinical Director, and HR.

**Requirements**
– Clinical background (RN, NP): at least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience; clinical software experience preferred, along with familiarity with predictive intelligence using an EHR.
– General familiarity with how AI is used in healthcare, including understanding terms such as LLM, NLP, and hallucinations.
– A clinical degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with proof of clinical license verification.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
– Excellent multitasking and communication skills, with energy for working in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Data labeling experience and customer support/service experience using clinical software are preferred.
– Technical aptitude or familiarity with the PointClickCare EHR is preferred but not required.
– Passion for transforming healthcare.
– Must have a working computer and internet and be willing to follow technical requirements outlined by our Security and Technology teams.

**Additional details**
– Physical security requirements: work from a private space, use a properly secured Wi‑Fi connection, and do not share access to the computer used for labeling.
– Install the approved assigned VPN and use the specific internet browser required by the project.
– Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and professional communication skills, with the ability to understand medical terminology.
– Must complete the required background check, follow the contract period requirements, and comply with HR policies while representing PCC for the duration of the contract and any related follow-on period, as specified by policy.

$37.50–$40.40 per hour.

This is a contract position paid hourly based on a 40-hour work week. The rate range is $37.50–$40.40 USD per hour and the role does not include benefits or paid time off. Instead, you will receive an additional 4% per hour in lieu of benefits. Your recruiter can share more details about the contract terms during the hiring process.
