Role Overview
The Clinical Data Strategist analyzes clinical datasets, quality metrics, care-pathway insights, and operational trends. This role focuses on identifying drivers behind healthcare outcomes and structuring complex clinical information into actionable summaries.
What You’ll Do
– Review multi-source clinical datasets and validate data quality
– Identify trends, outliers, and key drivers behind clinical outcomes
– Summarize care-pathway behavior and operational implications
– Interpret quality metrics, performance benchmarks, and compliance indicators
– Provide structured summaries for use in downstream analytical workflows
– Support recurring evaluations of clinical data pipelines and reporting outputs
What You Bring
Must-Have:
– Experience in healthcare analytics, data science, or clinical operations
– Understanding of clinical workflows and outcome measures
– Strong ability to synthesize complex clinical information
Nice-to-Have:
– Familiarity with risk-adjustment, claims data, or population-health analytics
$40 – $80 an hour
