Journey Clinical is dedicated to improving the mental health crisis by speeding up the adoption of cutting-edge treatments that deliver lasting clinical results. We’ve built a complete healthtech platform to expand access to a powerful therapy called Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy—starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In our patient-centered, collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists handle the psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical’s in-house medical team manages patient eligibility, treatment planning, and outcome monitoring. Our platform provides KAP-focused psychotherapists with the tools and support they need to become empowered KAP providers, while maintaining high standards of care and improving patient outcomes.

We are hiring a Patient & Site Operations Coordinator to support our rapidly growing network of Spravato® (esketamine) treatment clinics across the United States. This role offers a rare chance to work in an innovative, fast-growing business that operates remotely while managing day-to-day clinical operations at partner locations nationwide.

This position is the operational core of our network—helping ensure patients move smoothly through scheduling, intake, dosing sessions, and follow-up across multiple sites, while keeping each clinic compliant and running efficiently for both clinicians and patients. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who has worked inside a Spravato clinic, understands the unique compliance requirements and patient workflow of esketamine treatment programs, and is ready to apply that experience at a multi-site network level.

**What You’ll Do**
– Support daily operations across a growing network of Spravato sites, including scheduling, session flow, and patient throughput for groups of patients across multiple locations
– Coordinate intake logistics, track insurance prior authorizations, and manage REMS-required documentation across sites
– Act as a point of contact for patients regarding scheduling, session preparation, and program questions
– Monitor and ensure all network sites remain compliant with Spravato REMS program requirements, identify gaps, and partner with site teams to resolve them
– Track supply inventory (Spravato stock, monitoring equipment) and manage reorder logistics across sites
– Track patient outcomes data and session completion rates across the network for program reporting
– Work with the site setup, revenue cycle management, and clinical operations teams to escalate patient needs and implement required workflow changes
– Share your day-to-day operational experience to inform product decisions as we build new systems and features for our expanding network
– Troubleshoot urgent operational issues in real time (e.g., no-shows, scheduling conflicts, adverse event escalations) remotely
– Support onboarding of new clinicians or partner sites into existing Spravato operational workflows as the network grows

**Required Qualifications**
– 2+ years of hands-on operations experience specifically within a Spravato® (esketamine) clinic
– Demonstrated understanding of REMS compliance requirements and esketamine-specific monitoring protocols
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple patients, sessions, and sites at once
– Ability to work remotely while coordinating real-time operations at in-person clinical sites
– Comfort using EHR systems, scheduling tools, and insurance prior-authorization workflows
– Excellent communication skills with patients and across teams
– Strong attention to detail and reliability with documentation and compliance processes

**Preferred Qualifications**
– Experience operating Spravato programs across multiple sites and/or multiple clinicians
– Familiarity with outpatient behavioral health or psychiatry settings beyond Spravato
– Experience training or onboarding staff into clinical operations workflows
– Experience in remote roles within fast-scaling, multi-location healthcare operations

**What We Offer**
– If you’re located in New York, work from our office in Union Square
– Full medical/dental/vision coverage
– Unlimited PTO (employees are strongly encouraged to take at least 18 days off per year; most of us take 25+ including mental health and “moon” days)
– Fast career growth and high ownership
– Help build a new industry and a new healthtech business model (“innovation on innovation”) with direct access to industry-leading experts
– Make a meaningful positive impact on people’s mental health and overall well-being through new treatments, including psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy
