We are seeking a proactive Client Support Specialist to serve as the operational anchor of our client-facing team at Sentry Credit. In this essential position, you will ensure every account is managed accurately and every client interaction aligns with our strict compliance standards. Your ability to collaborate across departments will help deliver the smooth, high-quality service our partners rely on in a fast‑paced setting.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and Communicate: Serve as the main contact for client questions, handling all correspondence clearly and efficiently.
• Data Accuracy: Oversee and audit client accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Administrative Support: Assist leadership with creating reports, organizing documents, and maintaining compliance across various digital tools.
• Workflow Management: Balance multiple tasks at once, meeting deadlines and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Support Collections: Work with collections specialists on settlement offers and account updates.

• Technical: Proficiency with standard office software, especially Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with CRM tools.
Pay: $21 per hour
