Actively manage the happiness of a portfolio of assigned AlayaCare customers. Develop a fool-proof success plan to ensure organizational adoptions and expansion of our product. Become proficient in Demand Generation, Marketing Automation, and AlayaCare service offerings Apply this knowledge to deliver high value services engagements to AlayaCare customers Provide phone based and occasionally on-site strategic and tactical consulting related to AlayaCare Set expectations, communicate implementation project timeline and define the onboarding process Confirm that all activities required during AlayaCare setup and implementation are completed Create and manage ongoing relationships with clients through their early use of AlayaCare Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital Deliver Train the Trainer and Training materials Team effectively with other parts of the organization to address and resolve customer issues Apply AlayaCare implementation project methodologies across all projects Manage ongoing client communications and share status updates with internal and external stakeholders Manage project risk to ensure timely, on-budget project execution and closure Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services Close renewal business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quota. Develop and close new add-on sales to our existing customer base
