We are looking to build out a Customer Success team. The Customer Success team will, based on the needs of ProtoExchange, design, create and maintain a customer feedback infrastructure. Members of the team are expected to research, contact, and follow-up with current clients. Ideal candidates should record customer feedback and satisfaction levels. With ProtoExchange, new hires are expected to provide valuable feedback which result in a bigger, better, and smarter company.
Experience (minimum of 2 years) in the Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Industries Experience (minimum of 2 years) in a previous B2B customer support position Experience in a previous startup environment Knowledge of the current Hardware and Consumer Electronic Industry Familiarity of Insightly CRM Familiarity with Google Apps/Docs
