Since launching in 2012, we’ve partnered with some of the world’s most innovative startups and global corporations to offer Bright Funds’ charitable giving platform to employees around the world. The Client Strategy & Success Manager will work collaboratively with the Bright Funds technical and leadership team to manage successful relationships with companies and individual employees using Bright Funds to invest in a better world.

Manage Launch and Onboarding Process with New Clients

Work with company stakeholders to ensure partnership meets all requirements for a successful deployment including addressing scope of work, size of company, customization requirements, etc. Develop a mutually agreeable, detailed launch timeline Project manage the deployment including technical integrations, employee communications, and executive support Develop Employee Awareness and Adoption Strategies

Campaign & Event Planning Develop and Run Employee Ambassador Programs (Coordinate employee meetings, manage communications planning, set program goals, etc.) Manage Creation of Collateral Work with Bright Funds Team and Client Customers to Define and Execute Strategy to Drive and Manage Communications (Producing, Editing, Coordinating) Lead Client Relations

Proactively manage relationships with current client companies offering Bright Funds to their employees Drive communications with Client Company including all programs around employee awareness and adoption Cultivate executive buy-in and support Execute Account Operations

Contract renewal (upsell/cross-sell) Billing and invoice management Project managing add-ons and changes in service Drive Support Strategy and Maintenance

Develop and execute a successful and scalable donor support process Ensure employee and administrator’s questions are answered Create, track and project manage support requests for technical issues Initiate feedback with employees Gather general support feedback and relay to team

Salary and compensation

$60,000 — $90,000/year
