We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Client Solutions Manager to join our dedicated TikTok team in Estonia. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and platform expert, managing a portfolio of high-potential advertisers. Your goal is to drive client success by building deep relationships, understanding their objectives, and delivering powerful advertising solutions that leverage the full potential of TikTok, backed by Aleph’s unique global capabilities.
This is not a typical account management role. You are a consultant, a strategist, and a partner who helps businesses scale and succeed in some of the world’s most exciting markets.
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Go beyond day-to-day management to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Act as a trusted consultant, embedding yourself in their business.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Lead client education, conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), and present performance analysis that tells a story and provides clear, actionable recommendations.
Orchestrate Flawless Execution: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and onboarding to execution and reporting. Proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance.
Identify and Drive Growth: Proactively analyze campaign data, market trends, and client performance to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
Be the Voice of the Client: Work seamlessly with internal Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams, as well as with our platform partners, to ensure client feedback informs our strategies and product offerings.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Native or full professional fluency in Italian, alongside excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
A strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems with data.
A genuine curiosity for the Italian digital advertising industry and an appetite for learning.
A proactive, "doer" attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
2+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, or a client-facing role in the digital advertising industry.
Hands-on experience managing and setting up awareness campaigns on digital advertising platforms .
Performance-driven campaigns on major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
Experience presenting to and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders.
Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), CRM platforms, and/or e-commerce analytics.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue or retention targets.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building things in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
