CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the financial operations for our entities in the Philippines and Australia. This is not a purely administrative role; we need a "doer" with a strong strategic mindset. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial activities—from general ledger maintenance and tax compliance to cash flow management and treasury—ensuring that both regional operations run smoothly and comply with regulations. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded professional with a deep academic and practical background in Accounting, capable of navigating the global financial standards required by a multinational digital and software development company.
Key Responsibilities:

      Financial Management & Accounting
    • Manage full-cycle accounting operations for both Philippine and Australian entities.
    • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local statutory requirements.
    • Lead the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports for management review, including the corporate accounting in our HQ in Brazil.
    • Address external audit requests in conjunction with our headquarters located in Brazil.
    • Treasury, Cash Flow & Payments
    • Manage daily cash flow, liquidity planning, and funding requirements for both regions.
    • Execute and oversee all treasury functions, including bank relationships and payment processing.
    • Handle Accounts Payable (AP): Verify, post, and reconcile invoices; efficiently manage supplier payments.
    • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage client billing cycles, issue invoices, and follow up on collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
    • Taxation & Compliance
    • Philippines: Manage all BIR-related compliance, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax filing, and annual reporting.
    • Australia: Oversee Australian tax obligations (such as BAS/GST preparation) and coordinate with external tax advisors where necessary.
    • Ensure strict adherence to global financial service rules and internal controls.
    • Business Support
    • Act as a strategic partner to the operations team, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
    • Assist with external audits and coordinate with local government agencies/regulatory bodies.
₱140,000 – ₱170,000 a month
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is mandatory. A valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is highly preferred.
Experience: min 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity, yet still hands-on.
Regional Scope: Demonstrated experience managing financial operations for multinational entities (experience with Australian markets is a distinct advantage).
Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for daily coordination with Australian stakeholders and global teams.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of general accounting principles, tax laws, and global financial rules.
Preferred Profile
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Professional Services, Digital, IT, or Software Development industries is strongly preferred.

Proven experience on Australian systems, Australian government regulations, in addition to the Philippines, gives the candidates extra points
