About the Role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the Monetization unit and drive the successful delivery of complex partner projects. You’ll be overseeing a portfolio of multiple parallel projects – there’s a real complexity here, and room to bring your own structure to it.

You’ll work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and client-facing teams. Being able to speak both business and technical, hold context across multiple workstreams, and keep everyone aligned is what makes this role click.

You’ll be expected to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations, make sound prioritization calls under pressure, and keep delivery on track. If that sounds like your kind of challenge rather than a reason to hesitate, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Epic Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of epics: define statuses, manage valid transitions, and ensure epics are accurately structured, labelled, and up to date at all times
  • Together with the Engineering team continuously improve the process for working with epics, including ticket types, labelling conventions, content standards, and formatting
  • Prioritize tasks for the team and adjust scope and ticket types as project requirements evolve
  • Manage scope changes at both the project and individual task level, ensuring impact is assessed and communicated

Planning & Resource Management

  • Plan team capacity and workload when new projects are initiated, balancing priorities across concurrent deliveries
  • Estimate resource requirements and negotiate deadlines with project managers to ensure realistic and achievable commitments

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the link between the development team and a wide range of stakeholders: collect ETAs, validate them, and communicate progress clearly
  • Provide regular progress reporting on development timelines within projects, giving clear visibility to all stakeholders
  • Prioritize the team’s backlog continuously, provide justified and transparent priorities, and align them with the product manager
  • Build and improve collaboration processes with project managers and external partners
  • Engage with the product vertical on business topics, acting as a bridge between delivery and product strategy
  • Prepare guidelines and documentation for other teams explaining how the MIT (Monetization IT) team operates

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Run daily stand-ups and keep the team’s rhythm consistent
  • Co-facilitate retrospectives with the tech lead and drive continuous improvement
  • Organize team activities and maintain a positive team atmosphere, including non-technical retrospectives, celebrations, and team-building moments
  • Champion Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles
What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT project or delivery management within a large, complex organization
  • Experience in delivering IT projects (preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups across business and technology
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Hands-on experience managing backlogs, epics, and delivery workflows in tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with/ being ready to be working with distributed, cross-timezone teams, with a flexible approach to async communication and scheduling (preferred)
  • Fluency in English (min B2 is a must)
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.
