SoC architect works with a team to drive architecture definition for future chiplet design. This role defines solid chiplet architecture specification containing high-performance RISC-V CPU with self-hosting capability and high-performance AI accelerator.
This role is Remote, based out of United States.

Responsibilities:
Leading the discussion for architectural definition of key components in the system for future generations
Clarify undecided features and make clear specifications to the team to march toward design goals.
Own Chiplet specifications for current and future generations
Define the architecture for system components
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in SOC Architecture or similar.
Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
Experience with Clock domain crossing and power domain crossing
Understanding and experience with inter-chiplet communications
Experience with system management for server platforms
Experience of 3rd party IP integration
Knowledge of various interrupt behaviors
General knowledge for address translations
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k – $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
