GirlsAskGuys.com, a social platform, connects girls and guys to share their opinions and experiences in a trusted but anonymous way, is looking to hire a Content Specialist. We currently have over 15 million monthly unique visitors who are anxiously awaiting you to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and editing for websites, blogs, or even newspapers/magazines You will be responsible for leading the development of our content initiatives and working directly with freelance writers. What We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone with passion for writing, experience in content editing and curation. You should be hardworking and motivated, and understand that building a successful online enterprise isn’t simply a nine-to-five endeavor. We have a unique company culture far removed from the typical corporate cubicle farm, so ability to fit in our unconventional workplace environment is also essential. Experience with and/or understanding of our target demographic is a plus (Millennials). Responsibilities • Building on our current content strategy and mapping out the future strategy • Publishing creative and engaging new content to be consumed by our existing users and also to drive new traffic through content distribution partners and social media • Working/managing our freelance writers to ensure all content is on-brand topic, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice • Create/write SEO friendly content including blog posts and articles

Requirements • BA/BS degree (or working on it) in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field. • Superior writing and editing abilities • Creative thinker who thrives in an always-changing, fast-paced work environment. • Project management skills to manage editors schedules and deadlines. • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
