Chief Technology Officer

The CTO is a hands-on top performer. Their focus is on the future of our offerings. Flexibility and desire to learn are essential. This position is a mix of Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager

Key Tasks:

  • Guiding the expansion of our product

  • identifying and assessing business opportunities

  • Widen Product Definition

  • understand competition and our unique positioning in the marketplace

  • provide leadership and direction to achieve product vision

  • leading cross-functional team during product development

  • Incl. Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Content (Production)

  • constructing the revenue model, understanding and managing revenue and costs levers

  • establishing and maintaining key external partner relationships

  • working closely with the product and engineering team

  • working with sales, marketing and client services on go-to-market plan definition and execution

  • Managing our product offerings already in the marketplace

  • tracking success and failure via business analysis of metrics and analytics

  • Utilize: Salesforce, Google Analytics, Internal data and CRM

  • supporting marketing, sales & client services in lead gen, PR, revenue generation and service delivery. Integrate customer outreach

  • interacting with user and prospect community to boost usage and drive new users to the offering

  • building new features to keep our client community delighted and excited
