DESCRIPTION

Sharethebus is currently looking for a highly experienced tech superstar to lead our development team and shape our product, as the CTO. The role will require hands on experience in the full Ruby on Rails stack, and a passion to lead and grow a team in a fast paced development environment.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience • Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and Best Practices • Heroku experience a must • Experience with PostgreSQL • Mobile application and/or API experience a plus • Experience managing and leading technical product team • Excited about taking ownership over and helping shape product strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and product development • Hands on coding/programming • Product strategy and features prioritization • Manage development schedule • Help recruit stand out future hires
