We are looking for a Chief of Staff who is strategic, detail-oriented, and a natural leader to join our Executive Leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic environment, and will be excited to coordinate strategic initiatives, advise the CEO, and drive operational excellence across the organization. Strong organizational skills, executive-level communication, and strategic thinking are essential, as is experience providing executive support, managing operations, and leading cross-functional teams. You must be able to handle multiple high-priority projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and effectively represent senior leadership. Responsibilities:
– Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
– Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO by providing insights, proposing solutions, and supporting key decisions.
– Plan and direct administrative, financial, and operational activities for the CEO.
– Oversee and streamline agency operations and procedures.
– Prepare and compile materials for board meetings, leadership meetings, and other executive needs.
– Lead a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
– Represent the CEO in meetings and in communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role.
– Proficiency with office productivity tools including Confluence, Jira, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides) to manage executive calendars, prepare reports, and coordinate documentation and presentations.
– Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, and Trello to support cross-functional communication and track internal initiatives.
– Experience using travel and expense tools to manage complex travel plans and submit expense reimbursements through SAP Concur and Expensify, ensuring policy compliance and timely documentation.
– Experience with corporate event planning and logistics, including coordinating executive meetings, offsites, and company-wide events (scheduling, vendor management, budgeting, and execution logistics) using Excel and Google Sheets.
– Ability to manage document and contract workflows involving sensitive materials using tools such as DocuSign, Dropbox, and SharePoint, ensuring version control, secure storage, and timely follow-ups.
– Experience with operational reporting and data support, including compiling internal reports, project trackers, and business summaries in Excel and Google Sheets to help senior leadership make decisions.

Salary: $123,900 – $160,000 per year
