idOS is looking for an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our Product efforts for the long term. As a core member of our Leadership team, you will be ultimately responsible for shaping our Product strategy and prioritizing the roadmap, by working closely together with our Co-Founders. idOS, the identity layer of web3, is a decentralized network for storage and access management of digital identifiers. We aim to open up DeFi to the real world by enabling everyday use cases that rely on decentralized, permissionless and more efficient web3 infrastructure. We call this OpenFi. We are in the process of closing a sizable Seed round in the next weeks with top tier VCs and L1/L2 ecosystems as investors, and are looking for passionate individuals that want to shape the future of the internet together with us, with significant exposure to the idOS’ success. Core responsibilities

• Shape product vision, strategy and roadmap

• Understand idOS’ vision and continuously contribute to our strategy

• Research and lead new Product development and innovation based on market and client needs

• Gather feedback from all stakeholders to maintain a cohesive vision of the Product

• Align all teams on the Product vision and own all Product development lifecycle

• Manage product delivery and goals

• Maintain a Product roadmap and push for delivering it

• Spec and prioritize Engineering efforts (internal and external) for Product development and client integration

• Work closely with the Engineering team to plan and manage development sprints, and ensure everyone is unblocked

• Map user and developer journeys and create wireframes with the support of a UX/UI designer

• Own Quality Assurance process for new launches and releases

• Discovery, adoption, evangelism and support

• Join calls with prospects and clients to develop a deep empathy for their needs

• Drive continuous improvements to our product and developer documentation, onboarding and experience

• Create user and developer journey demos to facilitate product adoption and integration

• Maintain and communicate a clear overview of the market by keeping track of new and existing solutions

• Attend conferences and communicate product vision and achievements
