We are looking to hire an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. Someone who will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business. This role is critical for growing Echko. The COO will be the force for the execution and running of the company. So we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader with the ability to optimize our structure and bring alignment throughout all departments to support the growth of a digital product organization with lean principles in the first year.
- Have 3+ years of experience in an executive/C-level position (preferably COO, Head of Operations, CEO, or similar)
- Experience working closely with a CEO, to implement on big picture strategies, new digital products and more.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to build, take ownership and execute highly effective and streamlined operations.
- Well-experienced running digital products in eCommerce organizations with 80+ employees.
- Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development.
- Drive eCommerce & Tech solutions creatively to empower the organization’s mission.
- Top-level communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
- Experience working with a SaaS company.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Tech, Operations, CS, Marketing, Product).
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
