ReefCam is seeking an experienced, energetic, and driven individual to lead the company as its CEO. This is a unique opportunity to build a young startup into an innovative environmental-focused media company. The CEO will be the “face” of ReefCam and will take an active management role on all aspects of the company. The CEO will become a founder and have the opportunity to shape and execute the vision for the company.

The position requires significant outreach including phone and in-person meetings with potential customers, partners, and investors. Candidate must be comfortable presenting to large groups, managing relationships, and gaining introductions through a "cold call" mentality.

Key Responsibilities • Selling ReefCam’s products and services • Building and managing relationships with clients • Building and managing relationships with partners • Crafting and implementing marketing strategies • Crafting long term strategy plans and executing plans • Capital fundraising • Managing human resources • Overseeing technology platform development • Building and hiring a team of individuals to assist in the execution of all the above responsibilities • Working with the board of directors to craft the vision of the company and execute that vision Desired Experience and Background • Building and managing teams • Direct sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry • Knowledge of the advertising and media industries • General knowledge of internet video media and “over-the-top” video delivery • Familiarity with cable and satellite multichannel video programming distribution • Venture capital fundraising • Interest in environmental and marine conservation
