Position Responsibilities:

• Lead business discoverymeetings, in collaboration with other Hyland Solution Consultants.
• Gather business requirements and establish technical specifications for the client’s customizedsolution.
• Work with customers todesign, implement, and support OnBase solutions, in accordance with Hylandmethodologies to satisfy customer needs.
• Mentor and coach Junior Solution Developers on client projects, through the creation of customized solutions for client business needs.
• Manage complex client projects that encompass large scope or require more complex solutions.
• Use Hyland’s developed OnBase APIs to extend and integrate OnBase into others systems.
• Work on customized solutionsto integrate with business applications such as ERP, SIS, or other line ofbusiness applications.
• Create technical documentssuch as Requirements Documents and Administration Guides to be distributedto clients once project is completed. In addition, participate in creatingand documenting best practices for API Solutions.
• Produce Test Plans forproduct creation- testing the client’s customized solution prior to the deployment of the solution.
• Prior to the deployment of acustomized solution, collaborate with clients, Project Leads and Managers to discuss changes to product functionality and ensure quality andconsistency of the final product.
• In collaboration with theclient’s Technical Business Unit, deploy the customized solution into theclient’s site.
• Accurately manage and report all time worked on client projects.
• Support reseller and customer OnBase API development efforts through participating and consulting services, including presenting, answering, and informing future clienteleat conferences.
• Develop knowledge of OnBase,the OnBase APIs, and best practices for creating OnBase solutions.
