Key Responsibilities:

– Experience in creating comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories to guide development and testing efforts.

– Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to medication management, such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines.

Requirements:

– Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience participating in Agile ceremonies to facilitate iterative development and feedback loops.

– Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to assist in tracking project progress and managing timelines.

– Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of software development processes, databases, and API integrations to effectively communicate with technical teams.

– User Experience (UX): Experience in user experience design principles to ensure that the medication prescription calculator is user-friendly and meets the needs of healthcare professionals.

– Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

– Spanish Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and to support documentation and analysis in bilingual contexts.
