Support Master
As a Support Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our support operations. You will act as the central point of coordination for incoming support requests, manage incident resolution workflows, and ensure clear communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and end users. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate complex support environments to drive timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prioritize support requests to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor incident and issue tracking systems, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Facilitate communication between support, development, and business teams.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in support operations, service desk coordination, or related roles.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
