We’re looking for a team-oriented, passionate Full Stack Developer to join our new start-up in Colorado! Demly is growing quickly and we are looking for someone to help us take it to the next level.

In this position, you will manage and lead the overall technical strategy of Demly. We are looking for candidates with diverse full stack web development knowledge including MVC frameworks, server/database architecture, algorithms, security development, and frontend development.

The best candidates will be excellent project managers who can communicate effectively and collaborate with our team to run, grow, and strengthen the company’s infrastructure.

What we are looking for/ Desired Skills and Expertise:

• 3+ years web development experience with: PHP, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS, ASP, JSP, Git, Gulp. • 3+ years experience full stack web development frameworks (MVC experience, backbone.js or similar). • 3+ years server/database architecture experience using Amazon AWS, Rackspace, or equivalent. • 1-3 years high traffic e-commerce server administration and payment gateway API integration (Demly is using Stripe API for all payments.) • Experience with Algorithm development and implementation. • Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities and troubleshooting HTML and CSS issues. • Experience delivering sites and applications at scale, Strong technical writing and documentation skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Mobile first and responsive design mentality. • Knowledge of website optimization and Google analytics. • Prior experience in a startup environment is a huge plus • Familiar with lean startup methodologies. • MUST have a passion for design and excited about creating new technologies!
