How we build
Test Driven Development: we work on own tests to guarantee future developments.
Continuous Integration: we execute our tests with each push to detect quickly any possible bug.
Continuous Deployment: we deploy often during the week. Our QA processes validate each release candidate.
Bi-weekly iterations: we work in sprints with well-defined user stories.

Our technologies
Groovy as the programming language. Nontheless, any experience with dynamic languages is more than OK.
Python in many of our projects and scripts. We are fans of this language 🙂
Grails as a framework, although experience with MVC frameworks is enough (preferably Spring).
JQuery as JScript libraries (if you have used some others, we would like to hear your opinion).
ORM Hibernate, although if you have experience with iBatis or any other similar, you will fit for sure.
We work with Agile methodologies, in projects with intern customer.
