Recruiting an energetic and passionate CEO (Co-founder) to launch and scale RoundOneFight’s user base.

Profile:

• Must love comics, shows, fictional characters, fantasy worlds, gadgets, sports etc
• Must love getting passionately into "which is better" arguments!!
• Some evidence of ability to make stuff relatively viral
• Have some good ideas on how to organically acquire users and build communities
• Doesn’t matter if you are a student, an accountant or a lion tamer!
• Its a plus if you are a coder/developer!

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the strategy for scaling up user base
• Developing an active content contributing community
• Refining the product based on user feedback and usage analysis
• Building up category content and managing the "laws" of our community
• Day to day oversight of the website’s functioning and management
