By digitizing & hence democratizing the best tools of cognitive behavioral therapy, and eventually other effective modalities; tapping the wisdom of the best therapists and also the wisest couples; and through use of our own inventions especially in the engagement dimension, our web-based app (soon we hope to be mobile friendly) we will provide engaging, personalizable, therapeutically effective & science-based software to save and/or revitalize virtually all couples at almost all stages of their development.
VISION: To be the future of couplecare—democratizing the most effective tools of couple therapy, hitherto available only to the privileged few, & making them available to anyone, regardless of class, with a smart phone, in other words millions of couples in North America alone. And finally, after 25 years of explosive technological growth, to apply technology to arguably the main non-material predictor of human happiness: How well we love and are loved by those closest to us.
1 Responsibility: The most important &urgent duty will be to find a minimum of $110k funding with a minimum $2.5MM valuation within the first 3-5mos. We have only one more hurdle to overcome to get real traction (based on much learning from 100s of couples over past years of R&D & beta testing–longest of any startup in this space.
