The Opportunity
As the Operations Manager for CI&T Philippines, you will be the strategic heartbeat of our local operations. This role is a unique blend of Software Delivery Excellence and Operational Ownership. You will ensure that our delivery center is not only cost-efficient and compliant, but also a world-class engine of innovation—specifically driving our AI-first culture and high-margin project execution.
You will report directly to the Philippines Executive Director and serve as the primary bridge between the Philippines talent pool and our Australian and Global Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Delivery Support & Enablement
Act as a mentor and force multiplier for local Project and Delivery Managers to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
Champion Agile methodologies and lean software development practices across all squads.
Drive the AI Adoption Roadmap, ensuring AI tools are embedded into daily workflows to improve productivity.
Provide occasional pre-sales support and coordination with overseas Sales teams to help secure new opportunities.
2. Operational & Office Management
Assume full accountability for the physical and cultural environment of the PH Delivery Center.
Manage office-related costs and operational budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.
Act as the local liaison for legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, with delegated authority to sign key agreements.
3. Talent & Culture Ownership
Partner with HR to oversee the full talent lifecycle—from aggressive hiring SLAs to long-term retention strategies.
Foster a high-performance culture aligned with CI&T’s global values while respecting and leveraging Filipino cultural nuances.
Monitor and improve Team Satisfaction (eNPS) through proactive engagement and career development initiatives.
4. Global Liaison & Growth
Serve as the senior focal point for the Australian Business Unit, identifying opportunities to scale teams and capabilities.
Promote the PH Delivery Center’s capabilities to global CI&T Business Units to attract diverse project work.

Success in this role will be measured by:
Hiring Velocity: Meeting recruitment turnaround times and SLAs
Retention: Maintaining attrition rates below industry benchmarks
Efficiency: Office and operational cost efficiency
Culture: High Team Satisfaction / eNPS
Profitability: Productivity gains and healthy project delivery margins
Innovation: 100% AI adoption across the local workforce
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
Local Residency: Filipino citizen with strong understanding of the Philippine labor market and business regulations
Technical Roots: Solid background in Software Development, with progression through roles such as Project Manager or Delivery Manager
Methodology Expertise: Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Quality Assurance (PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2 certifications highly preferred)
Business Acumen: Proven experience managing P&L, delivery margins, and operational cost optimization
Soft Skills
Strategic Communicator: Able to influence senior stakeholders across Australia and global business units
Resilient Leader: Experienced in leading large teams through rapid growth or organizational change
Future-Focused: Strong passion for AI and its impact on modern software delivery
