### Role Responsibilities
We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse who is passionate about reproductive justice and trauma-informed care, and who is motivated to expand access to safe, patient-centered abortion services via telemedicine.

In this role, you will provide direct clinical support for patients receiving medication abortion. As a remote RN, you’ll answer medical questions and concerns, handle timely triage and clinical assessments, and provide individualized nursing guidance tailored to each person. You’ll help ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and well cared for—with culturally appropriate, evidence-based care exactly when it matters most.

### Employment Type: Part-Time RN (1 position)
– Schedule: 10-hour shifts—12:00–22:00 ET / 9:00–19:00 PT
– Days: Friday and Sunday, plus an on-call shift outside scheduled hours
– Pay: $48–$53/hour + on-call stipend
– Target start date: December 2026

### Qualifications
– 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required), ideally in telehealth
– 1+ year of experience providing abortion and reproductive health care
– Active RN license in at least one of the following states: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact license
– Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in real time
– Excellent communication skills: clear, empathetic guidance via chat and during virtual visits—even in stressful or uncertain moments
– Ability to follow clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal organizational policies related to patient care and documentation
– Strong knowledge of online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
– Experience with trauma-informed, patient-centered care
– Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
– Willingness to continuously improve processes and evolve tools and workflows to support better care
– Preferred: bilingual (Spanish)

$48–$53 per hour
