About the Working Families Party
The Working Families Party (WFP) is a progressive political party for the multiracial working class. We work to build a country that serves the many, not the few. We recruit, train, and support candidates who can create real change across the ballot—and we help them win.
We believe that regardless of where we come from or what our race is, most of us want the same things: the chance to earn enough to thrive, not just survive, and to give our children a better future. We want healthy food and clean water, safe neighborhoods, and a safe world. We want to be free.
The Working Families Party brings ordinary people together across differences to create a better future for all of us. We are a multiracial party that puts workers ahead of bosses and everyday people ahead of powerful interests. We aim to help America fulfill its promise—freedom and equality for all—that has not yet been fully realized in our history.
The National Campaign Services Director leads the campaign services program that supports Working Families Party–endorsed candidates in every region. The program provides organizing, digital, and other services, along with additional wraparound support, to ensure endorsed campaigns have what they need to run successfully. It helps mission-driven candidates and their teams win by equipping campaigns with the digital, organizing, fundraising, and data tools they require, including the training, guidance, and support to use them effectively. The Campaign Services Director will oversee the program and set the national direction for campaign services. This role also involves expanding and refining WFP’s set of tool offerings, along with the systems and structure that help state and regional staff implement campaign services successfully in their own areas. The director will also serve as campaign services manager for high-priority federal, state, and down-ballot candidates. The position requires close collaboration with candidates and their staff, coordination with regional campaign services leads, and partnerships with the Organizing & Tech and Data teams within the OTI department.
