We’re seeking a motivated Master’s student to join our GTM Systems team for an end-of-study internship. You will help optimize business processes and contribute to improving data quality and system integrations across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience with GTM technologies, business process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify gaps in GTM Systems’ processes and workflows and suggest actionable solutions to boost team productivity and efficiency.
• Explore opportunities to use AI-driven automations, Slack Workflow Builder, and other low-code solutions (Salesforce Flows, HubSpot Workflows, etc.).
• Help manage Jira tickets related to system troubleshooting and bug resolution, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and timely follow-up.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by helping design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to understand platform integrations across the organization.
• Research industry trends and new technologies to propose ideas for enhancing the GTM tech stack.
What We’re Looking For:
• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or a related technical or business field.
• Initial experience (internship, academic project, or personal project) with data analysis, business processes, or system tools is a plus.
• Understanding of the B2B SaaS business model and Sales and Marketing processes.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn CRM and automation tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their practical use, shown through personal projects, coursework, or daily use, with a desire to leverage AI to improve workflows and system operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
• Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus due to collaboration across regions.
Nice to Have:
• Some exposure to GTM or sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Gong, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of reporting/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or introductory SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Basic experience with scripting or programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
