Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist, reporting to Clevertech’s Director of Finance, who will have responsibility for:
Invoicing
- Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests.
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
- Sort, code and match invoices.
- Set invoices up for payment.
- Enter and upload invoices into the system.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
Proper period recognition
Experience in professional services
Requirements
- 7+ years of previous experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or business
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Location
- The position will be 100% remote with a 6-hour overlap with EST
- Only USA based Candidates will be considered at this stage.
