We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. You will learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities
Develop prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
Engage executives using targeted prospect methodologies
Conduct high-level conversations with senior Brokers about their business, and their operations
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospect

What you need to apply:
A commanding desire to learn and succeed in a startup SAAS environment
2+ years sales or related market/business experience
Candidates should have one of the following: software/saas experience, sales experience, or real estate experience
The ability to write crisp emails and a great phone demeanor

Experience in any of the following commercial property sectors is a plus: Office , Industrial, or Retail/Restaurant or Multi Family.
