**Our Core Values**
– **We act with integrity** — We hold ourselves to high standards and value open, transparent communication with all stakeholders. Our disciplined approach to product design, testing, and data science helps us make accurate assessments of our outcomes and continuously improve our tools.
– **We are changemakers** — We aim to drive transformative change in our democracy by removing barriers that prevent every community member from contributing.
– **We are collaborators** — Inspired by our mission, we seek partnerships with anyone committed to making democracy easier to engage with. We work to understand our partners’ challenges and use our skills and creativity to help them solve them.
– **We are bold** — We recognize that meaningful change requires more than business as usual. Civitech works to revolutionize civic participation by bringing innovation and creativity to politics.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
– Partner with the broader Sales team to ensure smooth transitions from qualification to closing
– Work with Product to keep the BDR team updated on new features and tools
– Serve as a voice of the market by sharing prospect feedback to inform product development and messaging
