We are looking for someone with experience in growing the client portfolio of a creative agency, and in managing the entire process of identifying ideal customers, establishing a relationship that initiates a project and leads to a long term creative partnership.

At Lumens, this will involve defining key services, developing the sample products, identifying which conpamies we should be reaching out to utilize our creative services and determining the best strategy to deliver these services.

Fashion and beauty brands, magazines and start-ups are some of the organizations we believe are our best targets but we’ll rely on this hire to prioritize which to focus on.

The potential hire must have excellent writing as well as oral communication skills, must have experience in creative and media.
