We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy that focuses on customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
• Perform research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Coordinate with marketing department to identify prospects. (small and enterprise level businesses)
• Promote the company’s products/services through addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Coordinate discovery for new projects on existing accounts.
• Coordinate with accounting to maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and such.
• Research and strategy skills.
• Business intelligence skills.
• Own it. It is yours, and it is excellent.

Requirements

• You are an organized and detailed person.
• You have proven working experience as a business development manager in the software (web or mobile) space with B2B and enterprise projects.
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• You have a solid understanding or hands-on experience with Agile and SDLC.
• Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent.
• You have a sense of empathy and interest in the people around you.
• You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative.
• Willing to be an agent of change.
• Willing to raise your voice when others won’t
• Not afraid to make mistakes and correct them for better results.
