**Responsibilities**
**Event Coordination (50%)**
– Plan and prepare the business team’s participation in conferences, including all related administrative tasks
– Arrange accommodation and travel for the team
– Monitor the budget, collect expenses, and submit reports
– Coordinate venues
– Plan and prepare pre- and post-conference events
– Coordinate and organize venues and guest lists in collaboration with suppliers and the Business Development (BD) team
– Manage conference merchandise and marketing materials in collaboration with suppliers and the marketing team
**Administrative Responsibilities (50%)**
– Support the development and preparation of business proposals, contracts, presentations, and sales materials, while ensuring documents are filed accurately and systematically
– Update and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) with essential customer data
– Conduct basic business and profitability analysis for our client base
– Build and maintain an internal knowledge base for the Business Development team to support knowledge sharing and improve sales effectiveness
– Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team (travel and expense management, scheduling internal and external meetings with clients and suppliers, documentation, data management, etc.)
**The Ideal Candidate**
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
– Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to work with data and produce reports in spreadsheets or similar tools
– Proficiency in expense management and data analysis
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Proficiency in Google Workspace, ClickUp, CRM tools (Salesforce), and other sales support tools (e.g., Apollo)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– We hire globally; ideally, this role is based in the CST (±2 hours) time zone
– Beneficial: Knowledge or experience in the crypto industry, including blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
– Beneficial: Accounting experience and financial understanding
– Programming experience is not required
