We are seeking a Business Analyst to connect business and technology, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and converted into effective technical solutions. This position will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams, supporting strategic decisions and the continuous improvement of our solutions.

Responsibilities
– Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements together with stakeholders.
– Convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear documentation for technical teams.
– Take part in refinement sessions, planning, and other agile ceremonies, helping with prioritization and shared understanding.
– Review current processes, identify gaps, and suggest data-driven improvements focused on business value.
– Assist engineering teams by clarifying integrations, business rules, and system impacts.
– Maintain ongoing alignment between business, product, and technology throughout development.
– Support functional testing and validate deliverables with stakeholders.

Requirements (Mandatory)
– Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
– Technical background in Java, with the ability to participate in technical discussions with engineering teams.
– Required knowledge of RESTful APIs, including integrations, contracts, and data flows.
– Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
– Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
– Advanced conversational English, with active participation in meetings with international stakeholders.

Nice to Have
Experience with requirements refinement using GenAI, including creating agents or using AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and prioritization.
