The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating solutions that support organizational goals. This role requires a strong communicator with advanced technical and collaborative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver clear, engaging presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates.
• Utilize Excel to analyze data, build reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Work within JIRA to track, manage, and report on project tasks, requirements, and team progress.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and collaboration spaces in Confluence.
• Produce high-quality written materials, including business cases, process documentation, and reports.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive clarity and alignment.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and technology solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to create impactful presentations.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for task management and reporting.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation and team collaboration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
