Description

Because we are growing fast, we are looking to add Business Analysts to keep building and growing our Technology team. As a Business Analyst, you will work with small cross-functional teams to identify and map existing or new technical systems to support our platform. We look to hire passionate, highly driven people, with the ability to execute with their team, where each member is equally responsible for adding value to our platform.

Requirements

The responsibilities of our Business Analysts

• Incorporate yourself into one or more business verticals, such as finance, underwriting, customer success, and become the subject expert on everything analytics related.
• Lead meetings to conduct business requirements gathering and discovery with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with product managers, solutions architects and engineers to help with feature concepting, estimation, story writing, design and development.
• Drive solutioning for systems-related issues when they arise.
• Create and manage technical systems documents, diagrams and resources.
• Define solutions and develop implementation strategies that deliver desired outcomes.
• Effectively engage, lead and work with cross functional teams to deliver tasks with committed timelines, while managing scope and deliverables for multiple projects.

Our Ideal Candidate

• You are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys both technical and business problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• You have worked at one or more Startups in the past.
• 2+ years’ experience in an analytics-related role, preferably in hyper-growth VC backed companies.
• Capable of communicating effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• Humility and team player. You go out of your way to help your teammates.
• You want to make an impact!!
