The Reporting and Controlling Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and controlling activities to ensure accurate and timely financial data that supports business decision-making. The manager collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial performance with organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
    • Provide detailed financial analysis, highlighting variances, trends, and actionable insights.
    • Oversee general accounting and cost accounting, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
    • Prepare financial reports for the management team ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings.
    • Play crucial role in implementing new software for department improvement and efficiency.
    • Work on developing dashboards and reports.
    • Assist in the development of KPIs and performance dashboards to track organizational success.
    • Implement financial systems or tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Skills and Experience Required:

    • University degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics.
    • Advanced written and speaking English.
    • +5 years of work experience in Accounting, Reporting, Planning, or any other finance division.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
    • Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
    • Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
    • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams of people.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite products required.
    • CRM/Workflow tools usage experience a plus (Salesforce desirable).
    • BI tools LookerStudio / Power BI (desirable).
