I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil who want to work as a Technical Business Analyst to work on one of our international projects!

Please take into account you will need to count with availability to go 3 times per week to our offices in Campinas, São Paulo

Responsibilities

– Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs;

– Business Process Modeliing: Design and analyse business processes to identify areas of improvement and create efficient workflows;

– Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with onsite and nearshore development and design teams, providing clear guidance on requirements for successful implementation of digital solutions;

– Documentation Creation: Produce and maintain high-quality requirements documentation, user stories, and use cases that meet applicable regulatory standards;

– Acceptance Testing: Develop test cases and acceptance criteria for Business Acceptance Tests and Validation Testing scenarios to ensure successful project delivery;

– Scope Management: Manage tracking, change management, and configuration management, maintaining organised records and files of work and previous document revisions;

– Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to guide decision-making and prioritise requirements in alignment with project goals;

– Agile Methodologies: Leverage your knowledge of Agile processes to ensure requirements are “ready” for development and support the Scrum teams in delivering quality outputs.

– Caching Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement effective caching strategies that enhance system performance and user experience.

– Cryptography Awareness: Ensure that all digital solutions adhere to best practices in cryptography, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.

– System Design Contribution: Participate in system design discussions, providing insights on architecture and design principles to create scalable and maintainable solutions.

Requirements for this challenge:

Experienced: You hold a relevant degree or equivalent and possess 4-6 years in the Software Development industry, with 2+ years as a Business Analyst;

Agile Advocate: You have strong experience in Agile Projects, especially with Scrum methodology;

Detail-Driven: Superior writing skills coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.

Customer-Centric: Your interpersonal skills shine when interfacing and communicating with clients.

Creative Problem-Solver: You bring innovative solutions and understand customer needs deeply.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with GenAI platforms and experience in behaviour-driven development (BDD) using Gherkin are a plus!

Caching Knowledge: Understanding of caching strategies and their impact on system performance is essential.
