In this role, you’ll collaborate with brand and product designers, copywriters, marketing managers, and content strategists to develop and create innovative design solutions for complex brand and business challenges. Working within our brand guidelines, you’ll bring exceptional craft to execute campaigns across a range of channels, including out-of-home, email, organic, and paid social. You’ll also support strategy and creative solutions across growth, partnerships, and customer marketing teams.
This is a remote contract position expected to last approximately 3 months.
**Who you are:**

– Able to take creative briefs and produce high-fidelity designs for campaigns, landing pages, social, events, and other marketing assets.
– Able to clearly communicate design concepts both verbally and visually.
– Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
– Curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
**What you will be doing:**
– Design compelling out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns that grab attention and build brand awareness.
– Create customer marketing campaign designs for email and in-app.
– Demonstrate experience creating motion graphics, including animating existing design systems (basic motion skills required—such as simple UI animations, micro-interactions, light marketing graphics, or short looping assets; advanced animation or 3D is not required).
– Produce original, engaging visuals that strategically meet objectives and strengthen the brand across multiple touchpoints.
– Improve website designs to support brand storytelling and increase conversions.
– Partner with Greenlight’s senior leadership, marketing managers, and business development leaders as a strategic and creative design consultant.
– Collaborate with marketing managers, content strategists, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams.
**What you should bring:**
– A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Graphic Design or a related visual communications field) or equivalent industry experience.
– 5+ years of graphic design experience at a creative agency or in-house within a design-led organization.
– A strong portfolio showing excellence in all areas of design (layout, typography, color, illustration, imagery, motion, storytelling, and brand systems), with a modern aesthetic and strong attention to detail.
– A solid understanding of current design trends, aesthetics, and emerging technologies.
– Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects.
– Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
– Proficiency in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD. Experience with AfterEffects, other motion tools, Google Slides, and Canva is a plus.
**Timeline:**
Expected timeframe is late March 2026 through the end of June 2026.
**Who we are:**
To pursue a mission unlike anything done before takes a special team. We’re looking for people who enjoy working together, because they know it makes us stronger—people who look outward and ask, “How can I help?” and then, “How can we make this even better?” If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help parents raise a financially smart generation, we’d love to hear from you.
