In this role, you can expect to:

Strategically grow and evolve our brand’s visual identity
Understand and translate business goals and marketing objectives into compelling designs across our web properties and other digital experiences
Work with developers to bring designs to life
Scale yourself by building out design templates that folks outside of the design team can use without your help
Collaborate with the core design team (product and brand) on shared styles and libraries, design reviews and stand ups
Partner with various stakeholders to develop branding and assets as needed for events and other projects as they arise
Ensure compliance with design, brand and/or accessibility standards/requirements

You are a good fit if you:

Have extensive experience working as a marketing/branding designer, and a portfolio to show for it
Prioritize collaboration with product to ensure a cohesive user experience
Are excited about maintaining and evolving our brand identity and overseeing its impact company-wide
You enjoy working with non-designers to understand ideas, scope work, and turn vision into reality
You care deeply about both brand and user experience and are comfortable making trade-offs between design flourish and usability
Have experience being a functional and/or people manager
You are value-oriented, and you share our company values

You’ll have an edge if:

Have worked on establishing from scratch or re-designing a brand identity
Previously worked at an analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open source software company
Have worked as part of a distributed team
