PT Bookkeeper (Temporary Need)
– Estimated Need 6 weeks
– In office (15-20hrs weekly)

Job Description: We are a busy manufacturing company seeking an experienced Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our accounting team on-site. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and proficiency in Sage 100. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:

    • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
    • Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 100 Assist with month-end close processes
    • Support reporting and audit preparation as needed
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy
Requirements:

    • Proven bookkeeping experience (preferably in a manufacturing setting)
    • Proficiency in Sage 100 is required
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting best practices
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
    • Ability to work on-site
$25 – $33 an hour
