A new bitcoin casino is looking for a community manager to join the team. From this position, you will be the voice of the brand in bitcoin communities and coordinate with the marketing and product teams.
This is a very important role for us, as you’ll be the bridge between the community and the brand (customer support, marketing and development teams). We’re very enthusiastic about bitcoin and we’re looking for someone that shares this enthusiasm.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, who can make themselves clear, is willing to help those who are new to bitcoin gambling, is organised, has very good communication skills and a good feel of how an online casino works.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in bitcoin and cryptocurrency, and have some experience in gambling (ideally in the development side as well). Previous experience in community management/ participation is an advantage.
Main responsibilities: Content creation on social communities; Managing conversations (posting questions and answering to anything people ask); Jump on any relevant conversations; Provide continuous feedback to the marketing team; Work with the product team in improving the casino and defining in which direction the product should be going.
Skills required: Great understanding of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies; Tech savvy; Experience on bitcoin gambling (ideally); Very good communication skills; A little bit of patience (you may have to explain the same thing multiple times); Organised; Proactive.
