As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative – Spanish and English – working remotely in Connecticut, Maine, or New Hampshire, you’ll help bring a human touch to business. In this position, you’ll advance your career by combining your customer service and sales skills to become a Spanish-English Bilingual Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. What You’ll Do
If you’re passionate about helping people and offering reassurance, this role is for you. Whether you’re delivering fast answers, recommending products with care, or resolving concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll play a key role in creating a standout customer experience. After you’re licensed, your typical day may include:
• Helping customers understand their coverage and choose the right products, services, and solutions for their needs
• Providing full-service customer support and sales through inbound and outbound communication
• Responding to questions with empathy and active listening to find the most effective solution
• Identifying additional customer needs and recommending upgrades when appropriate
What You Bring
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• The discipline, drive, and willingness to learn what’s required to become a licensed insurance agent, including passing the state exam
• High-speed internet (over 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)
• At least six months of sales experience
• Integrity and adherence to HIPAA privacy standards
• Strong customer service skills, including empathy and active listening
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation abilities, as this is a fully remote role

• A base pay of $16 per hour ($17 in CT) while you prepare for your exam, with a raise and eligibility for performance bonuses once licensed
