Support is provided through a ticketing system and live chat, covering customer inquiries, complaints, and identity verification processes for our world-class crypto exchange.
Support will be offered in both Russian and English, so applicants must be fluent in both languages.
Responsibilities:
Handle large volumes of live chat interactions and online inquiries
Provide accurate, complete, and reliable information
Follow established communication procedures, policies, and guidelines
Work with other departments to support customer communication and document requests correctly
Manage complaints, offer appropriate solutions within given timelines, and follow up to ensure resolution
Go above and beyond to engage and assist customers
Requirements:
College degree or higher
Fluent in Russian with strong English skills
At least one year of customer service experience, ideally in finance or e-commerce; exceptional new graduates may also apply
High integrity, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Able to work under pressure with excellent communication skills and deliver outstanding results
Passionate about customer service and open to working in rotating shifts
Positive attitude toward the crypto industry
