PriceSenz is looking for a smart, self-motivated Big Data developers interested in contract/fulltime positions. This is a remote opportunity.

• 5+ years of experience of IT platform development in Data Lake/Hadoop, Spark platform implementation.

• Experience with developing data lake on Hortonworks platform (Any 3 from this list) with ecosystem tools (Nifi, Atlas, Ranger, Hive, HBase).

• Experience building ETLs and data transformation routines.

• Experience with one or more relevant tools (Sqoop, Flume, Kafka, Oozie, Hue, Zookeeper, Avro, PARQUET, ORC).

• Implementation experience dealing with variety of source data (RDBMS, Mainframe, Teradata) in different file formats.

• Experience with Spark/Scala.

• Good understanding of change data capture and market leading tools for CDC ( Such as Attunity).

• Experience with AWS is a plus.

• Worked in Agile, DepOps environment.
