Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (MWAA experience is a plus).
• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations.
• Comfortable collaborating with leadership, DevOps, research teams, and customer support.
• Previous experience working in small companies or startups.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Conversational English – able to collaborate and communicate with an international team.
• Willingness to overlap occasionally with Pacific and Hong Kong time zones for QA and debugging.
• Proactive communicator, responsive on Slack during working hours.
