About the team
You’ll join a group of highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and proactive individuals focused on launching new products and improving existing processes. This team oversees the operational and regulatory aspects of new banking product launches, as well as the daily operations of our current banking products. They move fast and work efficiently, constantly leveraging tools and resources to drive improvements in every part of the role.
In this role, you will:
• Scale key operational processes that support our banking products, including card programs
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners in product, engineering, client experience, and finance to build, enhance, and document end‑to‑end processes for complex financial products
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to optimize existing processes
• Solve problems to support product functionality and customer experience
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met across internal processes
• Deliver operational excellence in the daily administration and management of payment cards and chequing account products
What you’ll bring:
• 1+ years of experience working cross‑functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Client Experience, and Finance
• A passion for Wealthsimple, fintech, technology, and AI
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience in credit or spend product operations, consulting, startups, banking, payments, or related operational roles
• A collaborative approach and strong team mindset
