Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and strengthen distributor partnerships to drive territory growth, market expansion, and revenue targets.
    • Own territory strategy, including account segmentation, prioritization, business planning, and identification of new opportunities.
    • Maintain strong field presence and regular communication, building trusted relationships with distributors and physicians.
    • Conduct business reviews, track performance, and implement growth initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Education to deliver training, commercial initiatives, and market development activities.
    • Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
    • Manage forecasting, reporting, CRM, tender and pricing processes, and ensure operational excellence (shipments, AR, internal coordination).
    • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and represent the company at industry events while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
What we are looking for

    • Proven distributor management and business development experience in Balkans & CEE (min. 5 years).
    • Strong commercial mindset with territory ownership, target setting, negotiations, and financial awareness.
    • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive, field-based approach (~70%).
    • Solid knowledge of interventional principles (neurovascular, vascular, thrombectomy, embolization).
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Education, Operations, and Finance teams.
    • Understanding tenders, pricing strategies, logistics processes, and shipment follow-up.
    • A clinical background with sales exposure is a plus.
    • Creative, structured, and results-driven, able to drive distributor performance and sustainable growth.
